We believe that changing laws and policies is only possible through civil pressure, broad awareness-raising, and effective engagement with decision-making institutions. For this reason, the Advocacy Department serves as a bridge between women and national and international forums, ensuring that the voices of the voiceless are heard worldwide.</p><h2><strong>Activities and Programs:</strong></h2><ul><li>Preparing and submitting human rights reports on women’s conditions to international organizations</li><li>Participating in national and global conferences and meetings to defend women’s rights</li><li>Collaborating with legal, civil, and media institutions to garner public support</li><li>Conducting awareness campaigns on gender-based discrimination and violence</li><li>Providing direct support to survivors of violence by referring them to legal and support services</li></ul><h2><strong>Impact and Outcomes:</strong></h2><p>Hoviat’s advocacy efforts have amplified the narratives and challenges of Afghan women on the international stage.
